Who pays for repairs?
Routine maintenance comes from your reserve at cost — no markup. You set the spending threshold; anything above it routes to you for approval before the vendor is dispatched.
Can I block dates for personal use? (Short-term)
Yes. The owner portal includes a personal-use calendar. Blocked dates close instantly across every channel and never show as bookable to guests.
What does cancellation look like?
A 30-day written notice ends the management agreement. You keep the listings, the photography, and the operating history — everything we built lives in your portal and exports cleanly.
